It seems that many or most or all successful people have one thing in common, at least if they’re famous and that is charisma. And as that is a major characteristic that our founder is missing, it may be an important subject for this site, for the project Inspiration for Success. And it sounds like either you have it or you don’t. So maybe our founder doesn’t have it, and that would mean he is doomed on his way to success. And the Principles of Success, the book Think and Grow Rich doesn’t mention personality or character or a person’s characteristics so much in relation to achieving success.
So we think a page about charisma, about personal treats, about character, about characteristics of a person may be an addition to the work of Napoleon Hill and many other ‘self help’ people and books.
But maybe charisma somehow boils down to self confidence, and self confidence can be developed according everything we have found. Or maybe this whole subject boils down to a person’s life path, boils down to what each of us came here to do on this earth. And that is phrased so nicely by The Oracle in the Matrix Trilogy: “We’re all here what we’re all here to do”.
In Wikipedia I find two meanings of charisma by the way and it may be the answer to our question related to appealing to others, make others perform (in order to achieve some desirable outcome). The first meaning refers to indeed inspiring other people, but the second, and I didn’t know that one, refers to having a specific talent or having specific talents (and showing that or those). So theer is hope for our founder as he may just want to focus on the second and not the first.
So I guess those two meanings may give courage to all of us, as it seems we don’t need to inspire other people with our charisma, but we can also have a specific talent and ‘execute’ that.
