Definition
I am still struggling with the concept of a loving Higher Power, so the last few days I have been checking some definitions about love. And I know there are two types of love, the “agape” type of love and the romantic love. And I am starting to believe that somehow they are connected anyhow, but I am not sure how.
Anyhow, the first thing I see when I search in Google is this:
So the first thing I saw was “an intense feeling of deep affection”. So it is only a feeling, no action implied. And that made me feel very disappointed, as I thought that when God loves us, there would be some action involved. But no, that seems to be not necessarily so.
The most important of all
In search for competition on the phrase ‘inspiration for success’ I encountered the site loveinspirationandsuccess.com. Unfortunatley the link is dead now, four years after.
That page/site made me realize that to me love is the most important and powerful there is and goes far beyond any success one can imagine. So yes, a page about love belongs certainly in this site, even though it is not the focus of the site.
in the end everything is about love, nothing else.
