While working on this site we often encounter many good ‘self help’ programs and sites that offer good exercises, video’s and stuff. Just want to mention some here that I know a little bit now:

• The site of Morty Lefkoe: Recreate Your Life. He has some amazing video’s and audio’s. I was impressed with his ‘teaser’ where he lets you eliminate a limiting belief. I did it a few weeks ago and I think it really changed something for me.
• The site of Will Edwards: White Dove Books. Of course the site is about selling books or something, but i like the guy and I think he really writes good stuff.
